Zalora Brand Refresh Proposal

Zalora has been the go-to online fashion retail for many of us. End of 2019 the client dropped us a brief to do a refresh for its presence and what it stands for without touching or altering the current logo.

On top of that, the team decided to come up with a rebranding campaign with a slew of content that reflects on an internal messaging of “unlabelling yourself” while fashion does not dictate you but you as a person determine your own fashion.

Within this brand refresh exercise, the concept talks about owning your own look regardless of your individual background and celebrating your own uniqueness along with a modular framework which the different countries in APAC could adopt the messaging while not losing its local identity as it covers the selection of collaborators, ambassadors from art to music.

The concept also covers some thoughts for the brand to take a bolder step of embracing the concept with gender-neutral or cross-dressing models for their product shots.
