Spotify X Singapore Tourism Board

Beats of Singapore is a gamified microsite created in collaboration with Singapore Tourism Board and Spotify to enable locals and visitors to identify themselves to the tribes that they resonate most with and recommends places along with a suitable song in their view. There’s a point system in place where there are points that were rewarded for users that recommends a new place, tag a new song to an existing place and share the discovery from the map onto their social media.

Within the same microsite, all users will be able to view the different locations that are tagged with songs that are filtered with different tribes. This microsite was done in two phases, phase 1 was where all users recommend locations with a song and phase 2 is where users could log in with their Spotify Premium account to generate their tribe report as well as letting them explore the curated Spotify tribes playlist.

This microsite kickstarts in Singapore and was later joined by the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. This project was also covered in Marketing Interactive.
